I Am Old

This book is a true story of coping with old age. I am now 85 years old and list coping mechanisms for example coping with mobility, help from relatives and coping with money. It is written to help other elderly who may have difficulties which can cause severe depression if not tackled. I care passionately for other old people especially the lonely and hope this little book will bring relief and happiness to them as it did to me curing my depression in the discovery of another life. I have also suffered from cancer and its side effects.
