This black comedy true story revolves around a smart thief named Kabeer Mittal and inspector Nilansh Chandra of Haryana (India). The height of Kabeer's forgery becomes an international news when showing fake papers, he the thief, becomes the judge of a court in Haryana in 2016. Being a bogus judge up to three months, he gives bail to three thousand criminals and earns huge bribe. In the beginning of his forgery life, he succeeds in getting a government job in Haryana Railway on false papers but gets arrested after three years of job by inspector Nilansh. Playing tricks, Kabeer escapes the jail, and then, he becomes a lawyer in Rajasthan but keeps stealing news cars dodging inspector Nilansh. And finally, in lure of doing something big, he becomes the judge in the Haryana court. He is still absconding, having 127 cases on his head from Delhi, Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan.
