American Journeys at 250Pen & Keyboard Writers presents their fourth anthology. This time we celebrate a milestone in the history of the United States of America; her 250th birthday. We present stories-some true, some we'd like to be true-many plucked from the heartland of our great country. Stories yearning for an earlier time when Route 66 was the Mother Road and Bob Dylan was the young leader of the American folk rock revival. Meet a colonial re-enactor who may be more than he seems. Honor those who sacrificed to keep our country free. Live again the youthful exuberance of riding in the local town parade. There's a richness to the American tapestry; stories shared from coast to coast. We're proud to share ours with you.
