Artikelbeschreibung
This book establishes a systematic framework for the deep integration of patent strategy, technology opportunity mining and innovation design, and proposes a complete systematic methodology that connects the whole process of patent analytics, technological evolution and design practice. Different from fragmented research, it decodes technological trends from patent big data, helping readers identify high-value R&D directions, optimize patent portfolios and avoid repeated innovation investment.
Structured into ten chapters, the content advances progressively from fundamental concepts to cutting-edge models, including the patent panorama-based maturity analysis model, the system evolution-driven product design space model, and the five-flow model for obstacle patent resolution. Practical applications are illustrated through a case study on vascular interventional robotics.
Targeting innovation managers, patent engineers and researchers, this book features integrated whole-chain methods covering strategic planning, data mining and design implementation, together with six analytical models and step-by-step operational guidelines. Focusing on manufacturing scenarios, it provides application solutions to shorten R&D cycles, prevent patent conflicts and enhance intellectual property value. By tackling the complicated challenges in patent strategy and technology opportunity mining, this book serves as both an academic reference and a practical guide to translating patent information into competitive innovation strategies.
