Implementation of a Microsoft environment patch manager

Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) is a service that enables the distribution of updates for Windows and other Microsoft applications to the various Windows machines within an IT environment. WSUS is a local update server that synchronises with the public Microsoft Update website and allows you to control the deployment of updates across the network. By default, each Windows machine fetches its updates from the official website, which requires a significant amount of bandwidth in a network with many machines.
