What transpires when men transition into fatherhood? Why do some fathers blossom, many fathers struggle, and how can we pinpoint those who do? What implications does this have for their offspring and their relationships? What measures can we take to address this? This book illuminates the multifaceted aspects of antenatal/postnatal anxiety and depression in fathers - a topic unfamiliar to many.
