Where Fireflies Rewrite Memories

As strange glowing fireflies begin appearing throughout the quiet town of Kisaragi, the residents slowly start losing pieces of their memories-first small details, then entire experiences, relationships, and parts of their identities. While most people struggle with gaps in their past, high school student Ren Aihara discovers something even more disturbing: he remembers events that no one else recalls, including entire days that seem to have been erased from reality itself. As the town descends into confusion and conflicting versions of the truth, Ren becomes convinced that the mysterious fireflies are connected to the disappearances of memory. Determined to uncover what is happening, he begins documenting everything he can remember, only to realize that people may no longer share the same history and that reality itself is quietly unraveling. Caught between forgotten pasts and impossible memories, Ren must uncover the secret behind the fireflies before Kisaragi loses not only its memories, but its very sense of existence.
