The ecological and social crisis is much more serious than our societies allow themselves to perceive, and its cultural roots run deep. It is therefore not surprising that the most attentive (or least denialist) people are once again raising questions about forms of spirituality. Can eco-spiritualities help us in the cultural transformation that urgently needs to be set in motion, or are they merely forms of escapism?
