Religionsunterricht für alle?

Religious constitutional law in Germany is based on amiability towards religions and the neutrality of the state. However, this historically grown, optimistic order now stands before its biggest test so far. Taking religious education as an example, Hinnerk Wißmann peels back the layers of current law to find that further development must take into account the justification and limits of cooperation between the state and religious communities.
