This book is aimed towards crime analysts looking to get started in python programming, with the aim of automating tasks and conducting data analysis in python. This book covers basic python objects and working with data. This includes querying SQL databases, manipulating tabular data in pandas, and creating graphs in matplotlib. It also includes description on setting up python environments, and creating an end-to-end project of automating a report using Jupyter notebooks.
