HISTORY OF THE SIXTH BATTALION THE LINCOLNSHIRE REGIMENT 1940-45

A fine and scarce in its original form unit history of the 6th Lincolnshires - an infantry battalion constantly in the front line and in the thick of the fierce fighting following the landings at Salerno and Anzio in the second World War's gruelling Italian campaign. Much useful information contained in its tightly typeset pages.
