The Noose on the Black Community

The Noose on The Black Community sheds light on the continuation of murder, robbery and manipulation that is ongoing in the black community. When we look at the crime that destroys a community, the only ones to blame are the men that heads the community. The noose was symbolic of hatred and fear which was imposed upon the black race during earlier years. But now the only ones that are imposing fear and are destroying scores of black families are the black males themselves.
