If J.F.K. Had Lived

An alternative history that poses the question: how would history have changed (or not) if President John F. Kennedy had survived his assassination attempt on November 22, 1963? But the differences in the time line actually date back even further, to the time of George Washington, who in a compromise becomes Lord President George I, thereby changing all subsequent history in very subtle ways.
