He and his dog Spike even put posters all around town asking about the toy. But when he finally spies a young girl playing with Teddy, a joyful Toby hatches a plan to get the bear back - and he succeeds! But he can't stop thinking about how sad the girl is without Teddy. . . and he knows he must make things right again.
