What is undeniable is that millions of Africans are dying - from HIV/AIDs, tuberculosis, malaria and other illnesses - some of them easily preventable. Dr Akukwe examines the healthcare policies on Africa's major diseases - HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria, showing how the healthcare crisis is bound up with, and worsens the general crisis of poverty in the continent.
